Member governance and decision-making drive worker cooperatives, but what does that look like on a day-to-day level, especially as it relates to your business’s finances?

Join our team and Guilded for an interactive workshop exploring how financial transparency in a cooperative strengthens members’ power and decision-making. Together, we will review how to read a balance sheet, and profit and loss statement for cooperative businesses. This workshop will be led by Ajoke Williams, Program Manager for Guilded, a freelancer co-op.
